Guests were treated to a thoughtfully curated plated dinner highlighting fresh island ingredients and Puerto Rican flavors, paired with handcrafted cocktails, champagne, and an intimate candlelit atmosphere overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Florals & Decor
Florals were the heart of the design. Inspired by the feeling of a blooming summer meadow, the arrangements featured an abundant mix of garden roses, cosmos, delphinium, snapdragons, zinnias, scabiosa, lisianthus, and other seasonal blooms in a joyful palette of coral, peach, blush, butter yellow, lavender, periwinkle, and soft blue. Rather than traditional tropical arrangements, every floral installation was designed to feel organic, layered, and slightly untamed, creating the illusion that the flowers had naturally grown along the shoreline. The beachfront ceremony was framed by lush floral meadows, while the reception featured two long candlelit tables overlooking the Caribbean, accented with abundant centerpieces, textured linens, natural wood chairs, and glowing bistro lights suspended overhead. The result was romantic, immersive, and completely unexpected for a Caribbean destination wedding.
Wedding Cake
The wedding cake became one of our favorite unexpected design moments. Sol had originally planned to decorate it with dried flowers that had been shipped to the island, but when the package disappeared somewhere along the way—a reminder that island life sometimes has its own plans—we pivoted on the wedding day. Fresh blooms from the floral designs were carefully pressed into the buttercream, creating an organic, garden-inspired finish that perfectly reflected the wildflower aesthetic. In the end, the spontaneous redesign felt even more beautiful than the original vision and became one of the most photographed details of the celebration.
Special Detail #1
Instead of signing a traditional guest book, each guest created a LEGO® minifigure that represented themselves. Throughout the evening, the collection of tiny characters grew into a playful display of the people who make up Sol and Jeno's community. It was a lighthearted, interactive detail that had guests laughing as they searched for the perfect hair, outfits, and accessories—and it gave the couple a keepsake that feels far more personal than signatures on a page. Every time they look at the collection, they'll be reminded not just of who was there, but of each person's unique personality.

Bringing Sol's floral vision to life was one of the most ambitious parts of the celebration. Nearly every bloom was carefully sourced off-island, flown to Vieques, meticulously processed, and stored in the tropical heat before being transformed into lush, meadow-inspired arrangements. Creating the feeling of an abundant summer wildflower field on a small Caribbean island required weeks of planning and countless behind-the-scenes details, but seeing those colorful blooms spilling across the beach and reception made every effort worthwhile. The result was a floral experience that felt both completely unexpected and unmistakably true to the couple's vision.

One photograph was on Sol's must-have list from the very beginning: a portrait surrounded by the bouquets of every woman standing beside her. Once everyone was dressed, each bridesmaid handed her bouquet into the frame, creating a colorful halo of blooms around the bride. It took a little coordination—and plenty of laughter—but the result was pure magic. The image beautifully captured the abundance of the floral design while celebrating the women who stood by her side, and it has since become one of our favorite photographs we've ever created.
