Food & Drink
Upon arriving at the ceremony, guests were welcomed with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for the elegant celebration to come. Cocktail hour followed with passed Hors D'Oeuvres including Heirloom Tomato and Stracciatella, Beef Wellington, Mushroom Arancini and Coconut Shrimp. The reception featured a 3-courses plated dinner including a Bostin Bibb Salad and main entrée choices of Braised Beef Short Rib, Grilled Sea Bass or Butternut Squash Steak. Dessert and coffee followed. Tableside wine service included Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Signature cocktails included a Dirty Martini (Her) and a Negroni (His). As the celebration continued into the after-party, guests were treated to a late-night favorite: Chick-fil-A Catering-the perfect ending to an elegant black-tie evening.
Florals & Decor
The florals and décor were designed to feel lush, romantic and timeless, with an Old World garden sensibility. Abundant white and ivory blooms were layered with fresh greenery, while rich olive linens, intricate lace, crystal glassware and subtle gold accents added depth and texture. Candlelight played a central role in the design, with tapers, hurricanes, floating candles and votives illuminating the ballroom at varying heights. The result was elegant and formal, yet warm and intimate—a candlelit garden atmosphere brought indoors.
Wedding Cake
The couple chose a three-tier white wedding cake with a soft, monochromatic floral texture across the buttercream. It had a lace-like, heirloom quality that tied beautifully with the bride's gown and overall wedding aesthetic. Flavor: Tuxedo Cake with Oreo Filling.
Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs
First Dance Song: Cinema by Gry Go (Acoustic version). For her walk down the aisle, Amanda chose a live violin rendition of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You." As the evening transitioned from dinner to dancing, a lively DJ kept the dance floor full throughout the night. As a nod to Rami's Syrian heritage, the couple incorporated traditional Middle Eastern percussion into the reception. A live drummer joined the DJ on the dance floor, bringing the energy of Syrian celebration to the evening and creating one of the most memorable moments of the night.
Special Detail #1
The couple had custom welcome totes featuring a hand-drawn illustration of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Each bag was filled with personalized and practical touches, including a hand drawn watercolor map of the area, a custom tumbler, snacks, and an emergency kit complete with all the essentials. To make the welcome experience especially personal, Amanda and Rami included an individually handwritten note for every guest, thanking them for traveling to Naples and celebrating alongside them.

A live watercolor artist captured guests throughout the evening, creating delicate, hand-painted portraits in real time. Equal parts entertainment and personalized keepsake, the experience offered guests a meaningful, one-of-a-kind favor to take home as a lasting memory of the celebration.

Adding another personalized element to the evening, a live engraver created bespoke keepsakes for guests in real time. Guests could select either a stainless-steel cocktail shaker or wine bottle opener to be custom engraved, transforming a traditional wedding favor into an interactive experience and a lasting memento of the celebration.
