From Arrowhead to Forever
It all started with a friendship bracelet and a bold declaration on a podcast. In July 2023, Travis tried to give Taylor his number on a bracelet at her Eras Tour concert in Kansas City—but couldn't make it happen. Not one to give up, he went on his "New Heights" podcast to share his disappointment, catching Taylor's attention with what she later called a "metal as hell" romantic gesture.
By September 2023, Taylor was cheering from the Chiefs Kingdom, and the world watched as two seemingly different worlds collided in the most beautiful way. Through touchdown celebrations and surprise on-stage appearances, through Super Bowl victories and sold-out stadiums, we've been each other's biggest fans.
On a summer evening in August 2025, in a garden filled with thousands of flowers at our Missouri home, Travis got down on one knee and asked the question. And baby, she said yes.
Now we're ready to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most. Whether you're Team Johansn, Team Chiefs, or simply Team Love—you're part of our story.

When and where is the wedding?
We're celebrating in Summer 2026 at our Rhode Island home. Specific dates and details will be shared with invited guests via formal invitation.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We're planning an outdoor celebration on the estate grounds, with tented areas for comfort. New England weather can be unpredictable, so we'll have contingency plans (and pashminas if needed!).
Can we take photos during the wedding?
We're having an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones away during the vows. After that, snap away! Just please don't share on social media until we do. #TaylorMadeForTravis
Which airports should we fly into?
T.F. Green Airport (Providence, RI) is 45 minutes away and your best bet for commercial flights. Boston Logan is 2 hours if you need more flight options. Private aviation can use Westerly State Airport.
What is the dress code?
Elegant Garden Party Attire. Ladies, think flowing dresses and fancy hats welcome. Gentlemen, light suits are perfect. Please note: stilettos and the lawn don't mix well—consider wedges or block heels!
Are children invited?
This will be an adults-only celebration. We love your little ones but want you to enjoy a night off!
Where should we stay?
Room blocks will be available at Ocean House in Watch Hill and The Weekapaug Inn. We'll share booking codes with your formal invitation. Book early—Rhode Island summers are busy!
Is there a registry?
Your presence is present enough! For those who insist, we'll be supporting children's literacy programs in both Kansas City and Rhode Island in lieu of gifts.
